We use Manus OAuth for authentication. When you log in via this provider, we receive your name and email address as authorised by you during the OAuth consent flow.

File uploads are stored in Amazon S3 with non-enumerable keys. An admin-only audit log records every file upload for security review; this log is never accessible to regular members.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records, which are retained for 7 years under Australian tax law).

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
